Refund and Cancellation Policy

Capital Return Terms
  • 01. All eligible online refunds are credited directly back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet) used during booking.
  • 02. Standard banking clearance takes between 5 to 7 operational working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your financial statement.
  • 03. In case of operational vehicle cancellations or sudden trip suspensions caused by Simi Rental Pvt Ltd, a 100% full refund will be initiated automatically.
  • 04. If data mismatches happen or duplicate payments occur due to server timeouts, validation logs will be audited manually before processing settlements.

Non-Refundable Rules

The baseline 10% advance platform fee processed to secure seat allocations is strictly non-refundable under normal conditions.

No refund parameters apply if a passenger fails to reach the specified boarding point 15 minutes before the departure timeline.
