Please read the following rules carefully before your journey.

🛡️ Official Carriage Policy
  • 01. The ticket is valid exclusively for the particular journey to which it is originally issued.
  • 02. The company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or unforeseen management bottlenecks. Proportionate refunds are allowed if no alternate transit is arranged.
  • 03. Tickets are strictly non-transferable. Management reserves the absolute right to off-load passengers traveling on incorrect passes, or those disrupting co-passenger space, without a refund.
  • 04. The management reserves the right to postpone, alter, or delay the vehicle route without assigning raw reasons, as well as change configurations during operational emergencies.
  • 05. Management is not responsible for personal luggage inside the bus compartments. Disputed liabilities are capped strictly within Rs. 1000/-. Anything valued higher is carried entirely at passenger risk.
  • 06. Passengers must report 15 minutes prior to departure. The coach operates on precise automated timelines and will not wait for delayed arrivals.
  • 07. Passengers are strictly required to produce a valid Government-issued photo ID proof compulsory while boarding.
  • 08. Standard baggage allowance is capped up to 20 kg per passenger. Commercial packages in Cartoon Boxes / Gunny Bags are chargeable. Full fare is applicable for children above 3 years of age.
  • 09. Lady Passenger Protection: Co-seats reserved next to a female traveler will strictly be allocated to female passengers only. No male passenger allocations are system-permitted in adjacent slots.
  • 10. Pets, contraband, illegal compounds, and hazardous articles are strictly barred inside the fleet.
  • 11. Smoking and open consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle ecosystem.
  • 12. Vehicles and onboard commuters are legally insulated by transit insurance policies. Any contingent liabilities arising out of accidental events follow third-party processing guidelines.
  • 13. No loose tips are to be paid to the operating crew. To safeguard a silent cabin environment, No Video/Media playbacks will be permitted between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
  • 14. The freight or carriage of unauthorized excise items and liquor in passenger baggage is legally prohibited.

📍 Physical Verification

For manual adjustments or cancellations, customers must present themselves physically at the nearest verified outlet with a printed pass and valid Government-issued credentials.

⚠️ Remote adjustments over simple voice calls or loose emails will not be processed.

⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction

All transactional concerns, operational claims, or statutory litigations are subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial courts at Chandpur, Bijnor (U.P.).

Cancellation Charges & Refund Matrix

Advance Token Processing A mandatory 10% token retention amount is compiled upfront for slot locking. This processing fee is entirely non-refundable.

🚫 Absolute Deadline: No cancellations, preponements, or postponements are authorized within 4 hours of scheduled departure.

Automated Clearances

Valid refunds processed via interface dashboard structures are credited back to the authentic source pipeline (Credit/Debit Instruments or Web Net-Banking channels) within native clearance cycles.

Gateway Mismatch Claims
